The following share transactions were notified to the Company and are reported accordingly:

On 26 September 2013, Mr O W A Barnes advised that he had disposed of 200 "A" ordinary shares and 10,000 "B" ordinary shares at nil consideration.

As a result of the above disposals the beneficial interest in the Company's shares now held by Mr O W A Barnes and his connected parties decreased from 55,396 "A" ordinary shares (0.48%) to 55,196 "A" ordinary shares (0.48%) and from 610,150 "B" ordinary shares (0.90%) to 600,150 "B" ordinary shares (0.90%).
