Shepherd Neame Limited Director/PDMR Shareholding

The following share transaction was notified to the Company and is reported accordingly:

On 23 June 2014, Mr J B Neame advised that he had transferred 36,400 Ordinary shares from his own account into a joint account he holds with his wife, Mrs L M Neame. In addition, Mr Neame has transferred 2369 shares he holds in the Company's Share Incentive Plan into his own account. The above transactions result in no change to the beneficial interest in the Company's shares now held by Mr J B Neame and his connected parties which remains at 155,878 Ordinary shares (1.05%).
