Dividend Timetable and GN 69.1 Confirmation

As announced on 24 September 2014, the board of Shepherd Neame Limited proposes to pay a final dividend of 20.75p per share. The final dividend will be paid on 17 October 2014 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10 October 2014.
 
The Company confirms that it meets the recommendation at Guidance Note 69.1 of the ISDX Growth Market - Rules for Issuers.
