On 5 November 2014, the Company awarded the following Ordinary Shares to its Executive Directors under the terms of the Shepherd Neame Limited Share Incentive Plan. The mid-price of Ordinary Shares at the close of business as at the date of award was £12.20. In accordance with the Rules of the Plan the shares are held in Trust for the Directors for a minimum period of three years.
