Shepherd Neame Limited Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 2 April 2015, Mr J B Neame advised that his wife, Mrs L M Neame had disposed of 1250 ordinary shares. As a result of this disposal, the beneficial interest in the Company’s shares now held by Mr J B Neame and his connected parties decreased from 156,023 shares (1.05%) to 154,773 shares (1.04%).
 
Mr JB Neame also advised of a legal & non beneficial interest in which 22,044 shares had been transferred to the beneficiaries at nil consideration.  As a result of this, Mr Neame’s interest in legal and non-beneficial trusts decreased from 103,034 shares [previously notified as 103,031] to 80,990 shares.
