Shepherd Neame Limited Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 4 November 2015, the Company awarded the following Ordinary Shares to its Executive Directors under the terms of the Shepherd Neame Limited Share Incentive Plan. The mid-price of Ordinary Shares at the close of business as at the date of award was £11.60. In accordance with the Rules of the Plan, the free shares are awarded and held in Trust for the Directors for a minimum period of three years.

The table below details their respective holdings as at 15 December 2015, which includes share options exercised after the SIP award, as previously announced on 20 November 2015:
