  1. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Shepherd Neame Limited and Singha, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. Proof of age will be requested.
  2. Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 08:00 1 May 2025 to 23:59 7 May 2025.
  3. No purchase necessary; however internet access is required.
  4. To enter: follow @SinghaBeer_UK on Instagram, liking and commenting under the relevant social media post on Singha UK Instagram (@SinghaBeer_UK) to enter into the Prize Draw. 
  5. Maximum one entry per person throughout the campaign period.
  6. The Prize: two winners will receive 2 standard tickets each to Chelsea FC vs Manchester United at Stamford Bridge on 16 May 2025. Kick off at 20:00.
  7. Additional Prize details.
  8. The winner and their guest must be available to go to the aforementioned football match, with kick off at 20:00, on 16 May 2025 at Stamford Bridge, Fulham Rd., London SW6 1HS. Tickets are valid for ONE DAY ONLY 
  9. Prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. The Prize is awarded to the entrant and entrant may choose who they take with them.
  10. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel, transportation, accommodation, beverages, meals, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
  11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  12. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into a Prize Draw to be conducted before 13:00, 8 May 2025.
  13. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by Instagram message and provided with details on how to claim their prize by 13:30 9 May 2025. 
  14. The winner must respond as instructed to claim their prize by 18:00 11 May 2025.
  15. If prize is not claimed by 18:00 11 May 2025, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner.  
  16. Competition entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the associated promotional material.
  17. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves.  Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.  Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.  If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.
  18. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable to the winners for any loss or damage whatsoever caused (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the Prize draw and Prize, provided that nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or any other liability which cannot be limited by law.
  19. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  20. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  22. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

  24. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Singha x National Pad Thai Day launch prize draw

2.    Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 23 October 2025 – 30 October 2025 inclusive.

4.    To enter: Click the link shared in the Shepherd Neame social media post, link in bio or visit https://forms.airship.co.uk/forms/768/singha-pad-thai-2025. Enter requested details (first name, surname, date of birth, email address) and submit during Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, no entries will be counted before or beyond the competition period.
5.    Multiple entries permitted throughout the Promotional Period.
6.    The Prize: One (1) winner will receive an invitation for themselves and a guest of their choice to attend National Pad Thai Day launch event at Samuel Pepys, London on Thursday 6 November from 5pm. 
7.    Additional Prize details:
The winner and their guest must be available to attend the event held at Samuel Pepys, Stew Lane, London EC4V 3PT.

Singha travel prize draw - win flights to Thailand

1.    This Promotion is only open to legal residents of United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Shepherd Neame Limited and Singha, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. Proof of age will be requested. 
2.    Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 00:01 1 November 2025 to 23:59 30 November 2025.
3.    Any entry received after the Promotion Period shall be automatically disqualified from the Promotion. Neither the Promoter nor Singha UK is liable for any lost, delayed or misdirected Entries (as defined in paragraph C1 below).
4.    Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of your purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
5.    Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
6.    To enter into the Prize Draw, purchase any Promotional Singha beer from a restaurant outlet in the UK during the Promotion Period, then scan the provided QR code, which will direct you to the online entry form at https://forms.office.com/r/7DegWSVDJ1. You must complete and submit the form with all mandatory details: your full name, email address, phone number, country, city, and the Name, City, and Street Address of the restaurant the entrant is voting for.

8.    There is a maximum of one (1) Entry permitted per person during the Promotion Period. Participants must retain the itemised receipt which states the time and date of their purchase. This must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period

2.    Extension of travel period is strictly not permitted.
3.    If tickets are not used within specified period, they will be invalid.
4.    Tickets are non-transferable and have no equivalent cash value.
5.    Seats will only be confirmed, depending on seat availability in N class. Chosen dates of travel cannot be guaranteed; therefore, you must provide few preferred dates of travel.  
6.    EVA Air will advise approx. one-month prior departure dates if the booking is confirmed or not.

xiv.    Further Conditions: This certificate is not for sale with no commercial value and cannot be exchanged for cash, re-issued for any reason or upgraded to a higher cabin class in any circumstances. For passengers who do not cancel their reservations and do not show up for their flights, a No-Show fee EUR 150 will be charged for rebooking or a No-Show fee EUR 150 will be charged and unused taxes will be later refunded. xvi.    The Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. 
xvii.    It will be the winner’s and their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
xviii.    The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the holiday or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
xix.    Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer. Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued on the flight tickets or any loyalty programme.
xx.    Airline seats are subject to availability.
xxi.    For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, taxes or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
xxii.    The winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. In the event the winner or their guest are unable to travel due to passport, visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other Prize will be provided.
xxiii.    The winner and guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same room in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any Prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner. 
xxiv.    The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the airline’s Conditions of Carriage and Booking Terms and Conditions.
xxv.    The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the Prize being retracted. 
xxvi.    All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.
xxvii.    The Prize will be forfeited if:
1.    The winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter; 
2.    The winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within the pre-booked period; or
3.    The winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would  prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.
xxviii.    Return transfers from the winner’s home to the international airport are not included.
xxix.    It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to check any travel advisories issued by a Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a Government. The winner and their guest must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation and obtaining the inoculation(s) and health regulations required by any Prize destination country.
11.    A Prize Draw of all valid entries will be conducted by 8 December 2025.
12.    Winner Notification: Provisional winner will be contacted via the email address or mobile number provided on entry within 2 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, a provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winner may have less time to respond. 
13.    Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing [email protected]. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
