Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 00:00 26 January 2026 to 00:00 1 April 2026.
Any entry received after the Promotion Period shall be automatically disqualified from the Promotion. The Promoter is not liable for any lost, delayed or misdirected Entries (as defined in paragraph 21 below).
Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of your purchase prior to, or within 15 minutes of, entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. You must complete and submit the form with all mandatory details: your full name, email address & date of birth.
There is a maximum of one (1) Entry permitted per person during the Promotion Period. Participants must retain the itemised receipt which states the time and date of their purchase. This must pre-date or be within 15 minutes of the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period
There will be a total of 36 winners. Prizes will be randomly allocated.

Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.
Prizes will be arranged by email between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity.
Winners will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the Promoter if the holiday or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, taxes or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.

A Prize Draw of all valid entries will be conducted by 6 April 2026.
Winner Notification: Provisional winner will be contacted via their email address provided on entry within 2 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, a provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winner may have less time to respond.
Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing [email protected]. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value.

Shepherd Neame spring photography competition

Faversham Literary Festival 2026: Ticket Offer

Faversham Literary Festival 2026: Win Beer For A Year competition

This Promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Shepherd Neame Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Purchase not necessary; internet access and a valid email address are required.
Promotion Period: Enter between 09.01.26 – 02.02.26
Maximum one entry per person throughout the Promotional Period.
The Prize: 1st prize: 365 bottles or cans of Shepherd Neame beer, sent in four quarterly deliveries; 2nd prize: A Shepherd Neame Brewery Tour and Tutored Tasting for four people; 3rd prize: Two cases of Shepherd Neame beer
Prize may be rounded up to the nearest full case.
Prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.
The Prize is awarded to the entrant and entrant may choose delivery address.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into a Prize Draw to be conducted before March 5, 2026
Winner Notification: The Provisional Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 2 working days of the Prize Draw and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility, plus acceptance of the prize within 5 days of initial contact. If contacted, the winner will be provided with details on how to claim the Prize. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 5 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner.
Prize Delivery: Prizes will be sent within five working days of a valid claim.
Competition entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the associated promotional material.
All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable to the winners for any loss or damage whatsoever caused (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the Prize draw and Prize, provided that nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or any other liability which cannot be limited by law.
No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

This promotion is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
