If contacted, the winner will be provided with details on how to claim the Prize. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 3 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner.
  10. Prize Delivery: Tickets will be sent to the email address provided by the winner no later than 5 days after all necessary details have been received by the promoter.
  11. The Promoter may request that the winner participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

  12. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute this for another of equal or greater value.

Festive Bookings 2026

Deposits & payments

To confirm a Christmas booking (including Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve), we require a minimum deposit of £10 per person. This secures your booking and will be redeemed against your final bill on the day of your event. Deposits can be paid online by card or via BACS transfer.

Cancellations (excluding Christmas Day)

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

Please note that any deposits paid, or pre-authorisations taken, are non-refundable if cancellations are made within:

  • 7 days of the booking date for standard table bookings
  • 14 days of the booking date for larger Christmas party bookings of 10 guests or more

For Christmas dining bookings, cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may incur the full menu charge at the discretion of the venue.

Pre-orders & menu choices

Due to the busy festive period, we require full pre-orders for all dining bookings at least 72 hours prior to the booking date. Guest names must be provided alongside their menu choices.

For bookings made within 72 hours of the event, or where pre-orders have not been submitted within the required timeframe, we may be unable to guarantee all menu choices, although every effort will be made to accommodate requests.

Christmas Day & New Year's Eve

Following payment of the initial deposit:

  • Christmas Day bookings require full payment by Monday, November 30, 2026
  • New Year’s Eve bookings require full payment by Thursday, December 17, 2026

All payments for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Number reductions

Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the booking date. Any reductions in numbers after this point may still be charged in full.

Menu availability

We work closely with trusted suppliers to provide the best seasonal ingredients throughout the festive period. However, due to occasional supply challenges outside of our control, some menu items may need to be amended or substituted. Where necessary, suitable alternatives of equal quality and value will always be offered.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into a Prize Draw to be conducted before March 5, 2026
  • Winner Notification: The Provisional Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 2 working days of the Prize Draw and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility, plus acceptance of the prize within 5 days of initial contact. If contacted, the winner will be provided with details on how to claim the Prize. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 5 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate winner selected in the same manner.
  • Prize Delivery: Prizes will be sent within five working days of a valid claim.
  • Competition entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the associated promotional material.
  • All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
  • Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable to the winners for any loss or damage whatsoever caused (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the Prize draw and Prize, provided that nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or any other liability which cannot be limited by law.
  • No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  • Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  • Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion.
  • If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
  • If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  • By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • This promotion is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
