    Britain’s oldest brewer Shepherd Neame has invested in new state-of-the-art brewing technology. It has installed a new yeast propagation plant at its Faversham site, which will take a small quantity of yeast created in the brewery’s laboratory and then multiply it into a large volume for use in the brewing process.
