Old Time Music Hall

New for 2017! Take a morning tour of Shepherd Neame’s Faversham Brewery, sample a range of beers during a fascinating tutored tasting and enjoy a delicious homemade lunch of Spitfire sausages and mash in the cosy and attractive Visitor Centre bar. 

Then, head to the Criterion Theatre, Blue Town for a matinee performance of an old time music hall show featuring “Your Worthy Chairman”, funnyman Paul Harris, and a talented ensemble of gifted entertainers.  Expect laughter, songs, sketches and fun in this popular variety show along with an interval cream tea served at your seat.

The package is available on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays between 21st February and 30th March and from 19th September to 26th October 2017

Tickets are priced at £39.95 with free admission for the group organiser.

Criterion Theatre Music Hall

From Hops to Hand Pump

Take a tour of Faversham Brewery and enjoy lunch in the Visitor Centre bar, before heading to Kent Life near Maidstone, a 28-acre heritage farm park. Enjoy a tractor ride around the site and meet the animals, before visiting the Vintage Village which features restored buildings including traditional Hoppers’ Huts, where families lived during hop picking season.
Kent Life also boasts a hop garden where visitors can learn about the traditions of hop picking. Afterwards relax with a delicious cream tea in the traditional Tea Room.

This special package is available all year.  During the hop picking season in September, groups can have a go themselves, selecting bines and picking hops ready for the brewing process.

Ale & Antiques

Enjoy a tour of Faversham Brewery and lunch in the Visitor Centre bar, before heading over to Belmont, an elegant Georgian mansion in the nearby village of Throwley. Built in 1769, the house is set in beautifully landscaped gardens, ideal for a gentle afternoon stroll, and contains a rare collection of fine art, silverware, porcelain and clocks. 


The package is available Tuesdays and Thursdays, from April to September.

Delicious Beer – Delightful Gardens

Following a brewery tour and lunch in the Visitor Centre bar, explore the spectacular 10 acre Edwardian gardens at Mount Ephraim, just outside Faversham. The popular visitor attraction boasts a topiary garden, rock and water garden, arboretum and rose garden. There is also a beautiful tea room set in the West Wing Kitchen of the manor house, if you fancy some light refreshment during your visit.

The package is available from April to September.

Discover Faversham

The historic market town of Faversham boasts more than 400 listed buildings, many dating from medieval times.  After coffee at Shepherd Neame’s Visitor Centre, you will enjoy an exclusive walking tour of the town with an expert local guide, before returning to the Visitor Centre for lunch and a brewery tour.

Ales and Apples

After a tour of Faversham Brewery and lunch in the Visitor Centre bar, travel to nearby Brogdale, home of the National Fruit Collection. Groups will be taken on a guided walking tour of the orchard, which houses more than 4,000 different varieties of fruit. There will also be an opportunity to spend some time in Brogdale’s Marketplace, which includes a garden centre, fruit shop and gift shop.

Kentish Ales and Canterbury Tales

Start your day with a tour of the brewery and lunch in the Visitor Centre bar, before following in the footsteps of Geoffrey Chaucer’s pilgrims as you journey to the cathedral city of Canterbury. You will be met by a costumed guide who will escort you to The Canterbury Tales visitor attraction, which brings to life many of Chaucer’s famous stories. Experience the sights, sounds and smells of a bygone era in this fabulous recreation of medieval England; a unique introduction to Canterbury and its famous literary heritage.

The package is available all year.

Bishop's Pilgrimage - Canterbury Tales

Faversham Food & Drink

This package combines a tour and lunch at the brewery with an afternoon visit to Macknade Fine Foods.  Based in Faversham, Macknade is the South-East’s leading food hall, built on a 170 year history of food, farming and retailing in the town. It is an Aladdin's cave of local produce, with a delicatessen, grocery, butchery and bakery. There is also a café, where you can relax with a drink and a slice of one of the many delicious cakes on offer.
