Pub Tenants, Managers and Bar Staff deal directly with consumers, while top quality Chefs provide delicious dishes to match beers and wines throughout many of the 370-strong pub estate.

Such investment in its employees, as well as in equipment and products, has led Shepherd Neame to scoop numerous awards, such as the IQPC Process Excellence Awards – Business Improvement and Coutts Prize for Family Business 2009/10 – national final for companies with a turnover of £25m plus.
