The Botany Bay Hotel at Kingsgate near Broadstairs has reopened following a £1.4 million refurbishment by Britain’s oldest brewer, Shepherd Neame.
Formerly known as the Fayreness Hotel, it is situated in one of the most picturesque spots on the British coast, overlooking the spectacular Botany Bay.

Two Shepherd Neame pubs based in Guildford have been honoured in the town’s Best Bar None Awards, celebrating best practice among the licensed trade.The Britannia was crowned Best Pub, with the runner-up spot taken by The Star.
