How are you ensuring the safety of your brewery staff at this time?
We have put in place strict access and hygiene controls for our production team at the Faversham Brewery, including deep cleans between shifts, workplace distancing measures and monitoring the temperature of employees at the beginning and end of each shift.
Why are you only currently offering a limited range of items online?
While our brewery remains operational, it is with a vastly reduced team, so we have limited the number of beers being produced to reduce complexity.
Are you offering free delivery?
Yes, on deliveries of two cases or more to any mainland UK address. We are only shipping to mainland UK at this time.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We are currently estimating that orders will be processed and delivered within 3-4 working days, but please bear with us as there may be delays due to the ongoing situation.
Please also note that orders are only shipped Monday to Friday.
I've only received part of my order - when will the rest arrive?
In some cases, deliveries may arrive on separate days. If you are unsure or have a query, contact our team at [email protected]
What amount will be donated to charity when I order online?
We will donate £1 for every item ordered before the end of May to Kent NHS Community Heroes to show our thanks for their amazing efforts at this time.
Can I use a gift card or discount card when making a purchase?
We are not currently accepting any gift cards or shareholder/staff discount cards.
Is your brewery shop in Faversham open?
Our shop in Court Street is now open, with social distancing measures in place.
It is open Tuesday - Saturday: 10:30 - 13:00, 13:30 - 16:30
