Promotional Period

The promotion runs every Sunday from 18th October 2026 to 18th April 2027, inclusive, at The Britannia, Guildford.

The promotion is available to customers who have booked a table for a time between 4pm and 6pm on an eligible Sunday during the promotional period.

Eligibility

The promotion is available to customers dining at The Britannia, Guildford during the promotional period.

To be eligible, customers must have booked a table for a time between 4pm and 6pm on an eligible Sunday.

The promotion is limited to tables of no more than four people.

Walk-in tables and tables booked for a time outside the 4pm to 6pm promotional booking window are not eligible.

Offer Details

Eligible tables will be given one opportunity to roll two dice when requesting and paying their bill.

If the customer rolls a double one, the Promoter will deduct 100% of the eligible food charges from the table’s bill.

The promotion applies to food only. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and any other non-food items, remain payable in full.

The offer includes a maximum of one sharing roast per table.

If the customer does not roll a double one, the bill is payable in full.

Only one opportunity to roll the dice is permitted per eligible table and bill.

Redemption Conditions

The table must have been booked for a time between 4pm and 6pm on an eligible Sunday during the promotional period.

A maximum of four guests may be included on an eligible table.

The dice roll will take place at the time of payment, using the dice provided by The Britannia, Guildford.

The roll must take place in the presence of a member of the venue team.

To win, both dice must show one on the same roll.

If a double one is rolled, 100% of the eligible food portion of the bill will be deducted. Drinks and any other excluded items remain payable in full.

If a double one is not rolled, the bill remains payable in full.

No additional or replacement rolls will be permitted.

The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

General Terms

Offer Redemption

Paper Vouchers
- 1.1 - Paper Vouchers will be available for creation and download until end of March 2026 after which they will cease to be available and be replaced by Pay at the Door eVouchers at Daysoutguide.co.uk. Subject to the terms on the Paper Vouchers themselves and the Conditions, the Paper Vouchers may be redeemed until the end of December 2026.
- 1.2 - Subject to section 20.1.1, the Offer may be redeemed through the use of paper vouchers upon presentation of either a valid voucher downloaded and printed at daysoutguide.co.uk, a completed Days Out Guide leaflet voucher (which can be found in select stations or an advance booking ticket, plus valid train tickets for each traveller (see FAQs for definitions of valid train tickets) (the "Paper Voucher").
Pay at the Door eVoucher
- 2.1 - For the Pay at the door eVoucher, the Offer is obtained upon presentation of a valid e-Voucher from an electronic device obtained from daysoutguide.co.uk, plus valid train tickets for each traveller (see FAQs for definitions of valid train tickets) (the "Pay at the Door eVoucher").
- 2.2 - Customers may be required to validate the eVoucher at Attractions by clicking the 'I am at the door' button on the eVoucher or by having the QR code scanned by the Attraction.
Advance eVoucher Booking
- 3.1 - For the advance eVoucher, the Offer is redeemed through Partner websites and subject to the presentation at the Attraction of valid train tickets for each traveller (see FAQs for definitions of valid train tickets) (the "Advance eVoucher").
- 3.2 - The Promoter is not responsible for any refunds for the payment made directly with an Attraction on any Advance Booking resulting from the failure of the Customer in not completing the train journey.
- 3.3 - The Promoter is not responsible for any issues encountered by the Customer in making a purchase of Advance Booking on the Partners' websites.
- 3.4 - There is no monetary value associated with the Advance Booking and it shall not be exchanged or not redeemed in any form of credits or currency.

Festive Bookings 2026

Deposits & payments

To confirm a Christmas booking (including Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve), we require a minimum deposit of £10 per person. This secures your booking and will be redeemed against your final bill on the day of your event. Deposits can be paid online by card or via BACS transfer.

Cancellations (excluding Christmas Day)

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

Please note that any deposits paid, or pre-authorisations taken, are non-refundable if cancellations are made within:

7 days of the booking date for standard table bookings
14 days of the booking date for larger Christmas party bookings of 10 guests or more

For Christmas dining bookings, cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may incur the full menu charge at the discretion of the venue.

Pre-orders & menu choices

Due to the busy festive period, we require full pre-orders for all dining bookings at least 72 hours prior to the booking date. Guest names must be provided alongside their menu choices.

For bookings made within 72 hours of the event, or where pre-orders have not been submitted within the required timeframe, we may be unable to guarantee all menu choices, although every effort will be made to accommodate requests.

Christmas Day & New Year's Eve

Following payment of the initial deposit:

Christmas Day bookings require full payment by Monday, November 30, 2026
New Year’s Eve bookings require full payment by Thursday, December 17, 2026

All payments for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Number reductions

Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the booking date. Any reductions in numbers after this point may still be charged in full.

Menu availability

We work closely with trusted suppliers to provide the best seasonal ingredients throughout the festive period. However, due to occasional supply challenges outside of our control, some menu items may need to be amended or substituted. Where necessary, suitable alternatives of equal quality and value will always be offered.

This set menu is a promotional offer. Privilege Card discounts and any other discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this offer.
