We source all our asparagus from fellow independent Kent family firm Spanton Farms in Ramsgate. Harvested at their prime during a short six to eight week season, the spears are renowned for its exceptional tenderness and rich flavour.
Asparagus thrives in a temperate spring - not too much sun or rain - and each spear is carefully harvested by hand.
Not only is it delicious, but it’s also a nutritional powerhouse, rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, and antioxidants, making it a guilt-free seasonal indulgence.
