Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of mainland United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Shepherd Neame Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. Proof of age will be requested.

  1. Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 10:00 BST on 29th July 2017 to 10:00 BST on 1st August 2017.

  1. No purchase necessary; however, internet access is required.

  1. To Enter:  Log on to your Facebook account (or create one for free), go to Shepherd Neame’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/shepherdneame and comment underneath the promotional Facebook post with who you would take with you to Dunsfold Wings & Wheels if were to win to be entered into the prize draw.

  1. By submitting your information and creating a Facebook account, you agree to the Facebook terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create a Facebook account, or participate in this Prize Draw.

  1. Maximum one entry per person throughout the Promotion Period.

  1. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries.

  1. The Prize: Twelve (12) winners will each win four adult tickets and two child tickets (5 – 15 years) to Dunsfold Wings & Wheels on 26th or 27th August 2017. (Under 5s go free).

  1. Additional Prize details:
    1. The winners and their guests must be available to attend Dunsfold Wings & Wheels, Dunsfold Park, Cranleigh, Surrey GU6 8HY on EITHER the 26th or 27th August 2017.
    2. Tickets are valid for ONE DAY ONLY – winners may choose which day they would like to attend.

  1. Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.

  1. Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third-party products or services.

  1. The Prize is awarded to the entrant and the entrant may choose who they take with them to the event.

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prizes does not include: travel, transportation, accommodation, beverages, meals, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

  1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value.

  1. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into a Prize Draw to be conducted by 13:00 BST on 9th August 2017 by an independent entity.

  1. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via a message under their original entry on Facebook by 17:00 BST on 11th August 2017and will be provided with details on how to claim their prize. Winners must respond as instructed to claim their prize by 17:00 BST on 18th August 2017. If a prize is not claimed by 17:00 BST on 18th August 2017, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate entrant selected in the same manner. 

  1. All entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the associated promotional material.

  1. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize awarded will be void.

  1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable to the winners for any loss or damage whatsoever caused (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the Prize draw and Prize, provided that nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or any other liability which cannot be limited by law.

  1. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

  1. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion.

  1. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

  1. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

  1. If for any reason the event is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel the prize and not re-award any additional tickets to the winner or reimburse any incurred expenses by a winner as a result of winning or accepting the prize.

  1. Winners’ names and counties can be requested by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Wings & Wheels Promotion, Digital Marketing, Shepherd Neame Ltd, 17 Court Street, Faversham, ME13 7AX within three months of the end of the prize draw.

  1. This promotion is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
