Overindulged during the festive period? Good news! We have a range of starters, mains and desserts that all weigh in at under 600 calories.

These dishes been carefully crafted by our chefs to ensure that they pack in all the flavour and enjoyment of larger restaurant style dishes, but with a lighter calorie footprint.

They are perfect for diners watching their winter waistline, those who just prefer a lighter meal, or those who always like to go for the full three courses!

GREAT... SO WHAT'S ON THE MENU?

Start with dishes such as the delicious sticky ale and tamarind baby back ribs with pickled red onions and cucumber, crispy salt & pepper squid with roast garlic and thyme mayonnaise, or spiced crispy duck salad with rocket and red peppers, toasted pumpkin seeds and a mango and lime salsa.

Main dish options include baked cod loin wrapped in smoked streaky bacon, warm falafel with carrot salad in a soy and peanut dressing, or sumptuous wild mushroom risotto.

Finish in style with desserts such as Baileys crème brûlée, or blackcurrant delice with raspberry coulis, lemon sorbet and candied walnuts.

Begin your adventure with dishes like sweet and sour chicken wings tossed in pomegranate molasses, or our very popular roast tandoori spiced cauliflower florets on tahini soya yoghurt, topped with pickled red cabbage, pomegranate molasses, coriander & pumpkin seeds.

Sample our Toulouse sausages with rustic spiced tomato and lentil stew, or a crispy ginger crab cake served with an Asian salad, drizzled with honey, sesame and soy dressing.

Or opt for a burger, with options such as our tasty panko crumbed chicken burger topped with chicken shawarma, surf ‘n’ turf burger with sautéed prawns in a spicy shrimp & peanut sauce, or our vegan 'Planet burger' topped with aubergine pickle, pea shoots, vegan mayonnaise & pickled red onions.
