Kent is famous for its apples, so to make the most of this abundant local fruit, our chefs have created some delicious seasonal apple dishes.

Enjoy dishes such as apple and plum pecan crumb cobbler, or treat yourself to a warm apple and sultana frangipane tart, in a rich buttery pastry, glazed with orange marmalade and served with indulgent clotted cream.
 
Tuck into a toffee apple crème brûlée, or our personal favourite of apple pancakes, served with sticky toffee sauce, honeycomb gelato, flaked almonds and a thyme & almond crumb.
