In a competitive market, we feel it is important to drive footfall by designing and developing unique pubs and hotels with a ‘wow’ factor.
We are always searching for opportunities to maximise a pub’s potential and unlock growth opportunities, working in close conjunction with licensees. We also consider matched investment schemes submitted by licensees, which allow them to benefit from a contribution towards their pub’s refurbishment and improvement.
During the past year we invested £7.3m developing and maintaining our pub estate, with improvements at more than 80 pubs.
The pub looks fantastic, and we have had lots of positive feedback from our customers. The aim was to keep the traditional feel, but give it a more stylish, fresh look.
