We source all our asparagus from fellow independent Kent family firm Sevenscore Asparagus based on the Isle of Thanet in East Kent. Hand-cut early each day and immediately chilled to ensure freshness and quality.

Asparagus thrives in a temperate spring - not too much sun or rain - and each spear is carefully harvested by hand.
