Britain’s oldest brewer Shepherd Neame has released this year’s vintage of its Christmas Ale, a full-bodied winter beer featuring a warming combination of fruits and spices.

The RAF Spitfires Rugby 7s team stopped off at Shepherd Neame brewery in Faversham as part of a 250 mile charity bike ride. The team, sponsored by Shepherd Neame’s Spitfire Premium Kentish Ale, undertook the mammoth challenge to mark the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain.
