Pub of the Week: The Beaver Inn, Ashford

The Beaver Inn is a busy, friendly pub about a mile from Ashford town centre. It is a short drive from to Ashford International station, and the McArthurGlen designer shopping outlet.

Inside there is a spacious bar area, darts board and pool table.  The pub also has some traditional games such as bat and trap outside, crib and shove ha’penny.

Outside, the garden has had a makeover and now features a patio, covered seating area, water feature, and newly refurbished children’s play area.

On the bar you’ll find a wide range of ales, lagers, cider, wines, spirits and soft drinks.

It’s a busy pub, with lots going on, including karaoke and disco nights, quizzes, and charity events. There is also a juke box, free wifi, and major sporting events shown on TV.
