Vintage Beer Delivery to Mark New Partnership

Posted: 2nd February 2016

Beer deliveries to The Woodville in Gravesend had a vintage flavour this week.

An Austin 7 Shepherd Neame van - dating back to 1923 - pulled up with the kegs to mark the theatre’s new partnership with Britain’s oldest brewer.

The brewery will supply beers, wines and spirits to the popular entertainment venue and sponsor many of the events that take place in the main auditorium and the studio space.

Shepherd Neame account manager Dougie Dick said:

We are really excited to be embarking on this new partnership which will allow us to work together to bring great entertainment and great beer to the people of North Kent.

The Woodville’s general manager Mandy Hare said:

We are really excited by this opportunity to be working with Shepherd Neame. We are committed to providing a great entertainment programme and our partnership with such an iconic Kent company will be a great addition to events at the Woodville.

To celebrate the new partnership, Shepherd Neame is running a special prize draw at next month’s Ultimate Bublé Show. As it is Valentine’s Day weekend, all ticket holders will be entered into a draw to win a romantic night for two with dinner and breakfast at one of Shepherd Neame’s premium Kent hotels. The prize will be drawn on stage on the night of the show.

Tickets are still available, priced £22, for the Ultimate Bublé Show, featuring Mark Daniels performing Michael Bublé’s greatest hits with a full live band. It is taking place at 7.30pm on Saturday, February 13. To book visit www.woodville.co.uk or phone 01474 337459.
