Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Confirmation of a booking is deemed as acceptance of these terms.
Prices
All rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of Full English Breakfast and VAT.
Credit/Debit Cards
Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking. No charges will be made unless specified or in the event of failiure to comply with our cancellation policy. Upon arrival full payment for the Accommodation and Breakfast element of your entire stay will be taken at check-in.
Arrivals and Departures
Check in is from 14:00
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11:00.
Cancellations
We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should the need arise please cancel directly with the hotel. You will be issued with a cancellation reference number which must be quoted in future dealing relating to your booking. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a charge equivalent to your first nights stay, this also applies to rooms within group bookings.
Deposits
Deposits are non refundable.
Insurance
You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personnal effects and money.
Children
High chairs and cots are available subject to availability. The charge for a cot is £5.00.
Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Pets
The majority of our hotels accept pets, but please contact your chosen site for confirmation.
