Withdrawal of threatened legal proceedings by Stuart Neame

Further to the announcement made yesterday regarding the threat of legal action by Stuart Neame, the Company has received a further letter from the solicitors acting on behalf of Stuart Neame confirming that no claim will be made against the Company in respect of the Resolutions passed at the Shareholder Meetings held on 5 June 2014.
