We serve more than a million meals each year across our retail sites, so our senior kitchen staff play a vital part in our business, helping to drive the quality of our menus and food presentation.

Our team is passionate about serving great, freshly cooked food, using the finest ingredients to offer the perfect dining experience. We use local suppliers where possible, working with a hand-picked network of farmers, fishermen and food producers throughout Kent and the South East to make sure only the best, sustainable fresh ingredients are used in our dishes.

About This Role

We currently employ around 1,500 staff across our retail estate, which comprises more than 70 busy outlets across London and the South East, serving over a million meals each year. Our ever growing portfolio ranges from characterful pubs in London’s West End and The City, to large seafront hotels in Kent, with a diverse range of sites in between. During the past year we have invested £4.5 million to improve the look and feel of our retail estate, and continue to identify and introduce initiatives to develop our offer and enhance the customer experience.

We are looking for new Kitchen Managers and Second Chefs to join us. You will be passionate about food, and possess the experience and skills to create a menu of delicious, well-presented dishes.
