Duke of ‘Boots’ is a cosy and inviting 19th century pub set in retail Heaven - Sloane Square and the Kings Road are nearby.

It was built originally as a reading room – popular among 19th century residents who went there to read the morning newspapers - but many locals said they’d rather have liquid refreshment than reading matter and they won the day!

You’ll find plenty of ‘Iron Duke’ memorabilia on the walls and the pub is close to Chelsea Royal Hospital where the duke was laid out before his funeral.

The pub has an open fire in winter and is a suntrap in the summer with relaxed eating and drinking on the pavement outside. Customers can enjoy fine cask ales, distinctive international lagers and a good selection of wines.
