On 13 June 2014, Mr J B Neame advised that he had disposed of 1000 Ordinary shares. As a result of the above disposal the beneficial interest in the Company's shares now held by Mr J B Neame and his connected parties decreased from 156,878 Ordinary shares (1.1%) to 155,878 Ordinary shares (1.05%).
