THE SADDLER 

Located on the outskirts of Ramsgate in Kent, the Saddler is a family friendly community pub set at the heart of Minster village.

The Saddler is a large double fronted building sat next door to the main village supermarket and there is street side customer car parking to the front of the property.

Internally you will find a central bar servery with TV screens, a pool table and juke box to one side of the bar and a more relaxed  seating area with tables to the other.

Predominantly a wet led pub, the Saddler features both SKY and BT sports and it is home to several football, pool and darts teams that meet on a weekly basis. Regular live music, quiz and event nights are held and they continue to remain a popular feature with the Minster locals.

The existing tenants are in the process of developing a new food offer and previously there was a limited café style breakfast and lunch menu which was in operation daily  until 3pm.

Outside there is plenty of space with a pretty grassed garden and patio, a children's play area and a large well covered smoking area.

Feature bar servery with two separate trade areas. One side is a large relaxed drinking area with pool table and the other side is more formal with seating, and is utilised for dining and private gatherings. Approx. 20 covers.
