The Blue Anchor is a large destination dining pub and restaurant located on the A26, just half a mile south of Crowborough in the Wealden district of East Sussex.

Having recently undergone a refurbishment programme to both the landscaped gardens and the pub interior, you will find the Blue Anchor in great order throughout.

Internally the Blue Anchor houses a feature bar servery with two open plan drinking and dining areas and a separate restaurant for around fifty covers. Also updated as part of the refurbishment scheme, the large catering kitchen has now been fully equipped and is perfectly fit for purpose.

Externally, the impressively large Garden is one of the Blue Anchors key features. It boasts heated patios areas and children’s play equipment and it allows you to cater for  alfresco dining, BBQs, garden parties and weddings during the warmer months. There is also plentiful customer car parking on site.

The Blue Anchor has the potential to be a very high volume destination dining site, so we are looking for experienced tenants with strong catering skills that have the ability to market and operate the pub in a competitive market place.
