The Gardeners Arms is a thriving pub & restaurant with two letting bedrooms in the village of Higham, near Rochester, Kent.

Located just minutes away from the beautiful Knowle Country House, the Gardeners Arms boasts a prominent corner spot directly opposite the local amenities and shops in Higham. As the only pub in the village, it is a real focal point in the area and a regular drop in spot for the local community.

There is always something going on at the Gardeners Arms to keep the locals returning. Every Sunday afternoon the pub hosts live music, the monthly quiz night with food is always a sell-out, there is a free Jukebox Tuesday night every week with the addition of an open mic night once a month and the pub is proud to host lots of local  village parties and charity events. Traditional home cooked food is available every day using locally sourced ingredients. The Pizzas, Mediterranean & Ploughman's boards are a hit, OAP lunches are well attended on a Wednesday and the pub currently opens at 10am for Breakfast on a  Friday and Saturday. 

You will find the Gardeners Arms in great order throughout. It houses a relaxed trade drinking and dining space, a restaurant dining area for approx.30 covers, a snug for a further 20 covers and a small but well equipped trade kitchen. Upstairs there are two en-suite letting bedrooms.

Outside and to the back of the property there is a paved garden with a covered patio area and the private customer car parking is shared with the local library.
