The Rose is currently a wet only operation with a strong and loyal local following that opens Monday to Wednesday from 10am  until 7pm and Thursday to Sunday from 10am until 8pm.

The Rose has a pavement licence for the front of the property, so when the sun is shining it is a perfect spot for the locals, day-trippers or holiday makers to sit, relax and watch the world go by.

Internally you will find a cosy bar area lined with Kentish hops and a central feature bar servery together with a bar area with darts board to the back of the property, which could also be used as restaurant dining space in the future. A good sized and fully equipped trade kitchen is located on the first floor but it is not currently utilised.

The tenants private accommodation is in great condition throughout and set out over two floors includes a large lounge and bathroom on the first floor and two large double bedrooms on the second floor.
