THE THREE MARINERS
Located on the outskirts of Faversham in Kent and overlooking the local nature reserve and creek, the Three Mariners is a beautiful 18th Century, grade II Listed pub & restaurant in the village of Oare.
Perfectly equipped for purpose, the Three Mariners presents you with a wonderful warm and cosy feeling during the winter months and a first rate, beautiful outdoor dining experience when the sun is shining! It currently plays host to an incredibly diverse customer base to include walkers from the nature reserve, village locals looking for a drink, spot of lunch or take away pizza, destination dining customers for Sunday lunch or even customers looking to get fresh, locally supplied bread or goodies from the pop up shop in the Tepee.
Internally at the Three Mariners you will find a large feature bar servery, restaurant dining space set over three areas for approx. 75 covers and two open fireplaces. The trade kitchen is of a good size and there is a walk in fridge and freezer located in the basement cellar.
The outside area and views at the Three Mariners are what sets it apart from its competitors. You will find extensive alfresco dining space set across a three tiered terrace for approx. 130 covers, a fully fitted outdoor kitchen with electric and stone pizza ovens and a fully operational bar area with draught facility. The jewel in the Three Mariners crown is the multifunctional, heated tepee which can be used for overflow dining, weddings, live music or events for up to 60 seated guests.
Oare is an affluent village that is currently undergoing extensive housing development in the area with more in the pipeline, so the Three Mariners presents the incoming operator with the potential to continue developing this already well established and trading business.
The Three Mariners has the potential to be available immediately for the right applicants, so early viewings are highly recommended. For more information please contact the Trade Recruitment Co-ordinator now on 01795 542132.
