Located at the foot of the North Downs near Ashford, Kent, the Kings Head is a former Victorian coaching inn that boasts a great central location at the heart of Wye village in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

You will find this business perfectly equipped for purpose, in great condition throughout and the pub has just benefited from an external redecoration and new signage. Internally, a central feature bar servery, open fire place and comfy sofas adorn the relaxed bar area and there is a more formal restaurant dining area for approx. 40 covers to the back of the property.

Seven well-kept, ensuite letting bedrooms are located across the first and second floor of the building together with a private meeting and function room for 12 delegates which is currently utilised as an office. The tenants private accommodation is made up of two double bedrooms with bathrooms on the first floor which are currently being utilised by staff and there are also a staff room and housekeeping storage available.

To the side of the property you will find an under croft seating area strung with fairy lights leading in to a small courtyard patio area, both of which are a big hit with the customers all year round.

The final jewel in the Kings Heads crown is the ‘Kingshead Pizza Shed’ which creates handmade, authentic Neapolitan style pizzas for customers to either enjoy in the bar area or to take away.
