Located at the foot of the North Downs in Wye near Ashford, Kent, the Kings Head is a former Victorian coaching inn that boasts a great central location at the heart of Wye village in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Stripped wooden floors and a fresh, light and airy ambience has been created internally and you will find this business perfectly equipped for purpose and in great condition throughout. The central feature bar servery is surrounded by an open fire and lots of comfy sofas and chairs in the relaxed bar area and there is a more formal restaurant dining area for approx. 40 covers.
Seven beautifully well-kept, ensuite letting bedrooms are located across the first and second floor of the building, together with a private meeting and function room which is laid up boardroom style for 12 delegates. The private accommodation is made up of two double bedrooms with bathrooms on the first floor both of which are currently being utilised by staff and there is also a staff room and housekeeping storage available.
Outside you will find with a pretty undercroft seating area strung with fairy lights to the side of the building and a small courtyard patio area, both of which are a huge hit with the customers all year round.
The final jewel in the Kings Heads successful crown is its recently introduced Kingshead pizza shed which creates handmade, authentic Neapolitan style pizzas for customers to either enjoy in the bar area or to even take away in the village.
