Set on the Kent coast between Folkestone and Hythe, the Britannia Inn is a traditional style pub located in the small village of Seabrook.

The Napoleonic-era Royal Military Canal starts in Seabrook and runs through Hythe for 28 miles and the promenade leading from Seabrook to Hythe is very popular with walkers and joggers in the summer months.

The Britannia sits right at the heart of local community life in Seabrook and it’s been that way for more than a century. The weekly quiz night & buffet on a Wednesday has a great local following together with monthly live music and karaoke, charity fun days in the summer, the local crib league and occasional private parties and events at the pub.

Internally you will find an open plan drinking area, a feature bar servery and a restaurant dining area which cater for approximately 32 dining covers in total. There is also a small but well equipped trade kitchen on site which is not currently being utilised.

There is a trade patio garden to the front of the Britannia which caters for around 24 covers, private customer car parking for 10 cars on site and plenty of additional street side parking.

The Britannia Inn presents incoming tenants the  opportunity to extend existing trading hours and to introduce a traditional pub style food offer which could further develop the existing trade at this site.
