Sat on the West side of Dormansland, near Lingfield, Surrey, the Old House at Home is a traditional wet led pub & restaurant that was originally a pair of Victorian Cottages.

The pub underwent a complete internal and external refurbishment scheme in 2018, so you will find the Old House at Home in great order throughout. Internally the pub boasts a u-shape trade area with a feature bar servery, a small snug and a restaurant dining room for approximately 25 covers. Its original oak beams and the log burner fire place create a warm cosy atmosphere during the colder weather.

Outside the trade patio area for approximately 40 covers provides great views over the North Downs, so it is a real hit for alfresco drinking and dining when the sun is shining.

The Old House at Home always has something going on to keep the village locals entertained. Live bands play on the last Friday of every month along with quiz nights, acoustic nights and regular private parties and events which are hosted in the main restaurant dining room.

Shepherd Neame is now looking for tenants that enjoy the village way of life and that want to operate a successful pub & restaurant that sits at the heart of a local community.

Currently the pub operates on limited opening hours and with a restricted food menu, so moving forward  the Old House at Home presents incoming tenants the potential to further develop the food and wet side of this business.
