THE MAGNET

Set on the outskirts of the seaside town of Deal, the Magnet is a large wet led community pub that has been operating as a ‘beer house’ since 1847.

Sport truly is at the heart of the Magnets set up with four TV screens, SKY and BT sports and a pool table and three dartboards on offer. The pub plays host to numerous football, darts, pool and billiards teams that meet on a weekly basis.

Internally you will find a large open plan U-shape trade area with a feature bar servery in the middle and there is a pool and darts area to the back of the building. There is a small trade kitchen on site.

Outside to the front of the pub there is a big paved patio style garden with bench seating and a wooden purpose built smoking shelter. There is a large customer car park on site making the pub easily accessible for large groups and clubs.

Moving forward the Magnet is looking for community focused operators with a keen interest in sport, that are looking to run a wet led business.

This pub is available February 2019, so for more information or to arrange a formal viewing of this site please contact the Trade Recruitment Co-ordinator on 01795 542132.
