The Rose in June is located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach front and  Winter Gardens in the seaside town of Margate, Kent.

A traditional community style pub, the Rose in June is set in a residential area just off of Fort Hill, leading you from Margate seafront in to Cliftonville.

Internally you will find two feature bar areas, one of which has partial sea views. Although there is no current food offer, there is a small trade kitchen on site.

Pub sports are popular at the Rose in June, it is home to several pool teams that play every Thursday and Sunday evening and darts teams play on a Tuesday. Karaoke is also a hit with the locals and it is hosted at the pub every Saturday night.

The Rose in June benefits from large tenant accommodation which is laid out over two floors. It houses a kitchen, lounge, two bathrooms, six double bedrooms and there is a small private yard to the back of the site.

Moving forward, with new tenants in situ that have a suitable vision and supporting business plan for the Rose in June, there may be the potential for financial investment from Shepherd Neame in to this site.
