THE DIVERS ARMS 

Built in the early Victorian era, allegedly on the proceeds of a smuggler and one of the worlds first salvage divers, the Divers Arms is a great traditional style pub that wears its maritime heritage with pride.

Boasting a great sea front location on the seafront in Herne Bay, Kent, the Divers Arms is a wet led operation with live music and pub sports at the heart of the business. Hosting a wide range of genres, customers flock to see live music every Friday and Saturday night whilst local darts and pool teams keep the pub busy during the week.

 Due to regular events in the evenings, the Divers Arms only offer a daily lunch menu, which includes a great array of fresh, classic pub dishes.

 Internally you will find a long galley style trade area, a feature bar servery, pool and darts  area and a small trade kitchen with plenty of storage. To the back of the property you will find a court yard style garden that proves a hit with the customers all year round.

 The tenant private accommodation is of a good size and includes four double bedrooms, a lounge, utility room and bathroom.

 Shepherd Neame is now looking for tenants that can take over the successful running of the Divers Arms and who will enjoy running a wet and music led venue in a great seaside location.
