Available for the first time in seventeen years, Shepherd Neame is looking for new tenants to take on the successful running of the Neptune’s Hall, Broadstairs.

With a complete internal and external development scheme agreed, including the introduction of a trade kitchen and a garden refurbishment, we are looking for new partners that will work in conjunction with us to re-launch what will be a fully refurbished site, re-positioning the Neptune’s Hall as an excellent place to eat and drink locally.

A Grade II listed building, the Neptune's Hall boasts a great location and prominent corner plot in the charming seaside town of Broadstairs, Kent. It sits on the main hill leading down to the beach front and it is at the hub of the town and various activities during the annual ‘Broadstairs Folk Week’ every August.

Currently a wet only operation, the Neptune's Hall is a popular venue for weekly live music. Offering a diverse range of music every Friday & Saturday night, the pub has a loyal base of music loving customers that pop by every week to see what is on offer.

Moving forward, the Neptune's Hall is looking for experienced operators that have the ability to work with us throughout the development scheme and to put their stamp on this business. The introduction of a good pub food offer together with a great range of cask ales, beers, wines and other drinks will  instrumental to a successful business plan.
