The following share transaction has been notified to the Company and is reported accordingly:

The Company was informed on 26 April 2016 by Mr George Barnes that he had acquired 1,300 ordinary shares at a price of £11.45 per share. As a result of this acquisition, the beneficial interest in the Company’s shares held by Mr Barnes and his connected parties increased from 39,092 ordinary shares (0.26%) to 40,392 ordinary shares (0.27%).
