Just in time for the festive season, brewer and pub operator Shepherd Neame is launching three new Pub Walks in Kent.

Posted: 14th December 2021

Step into Christmas with Shepherd Neame with our three new Pub Walks in Kent, launched just in time for the festive season.

In response to popular demand, a self-guided walking tour of our Faversham pubs is on offer for the first time, taking in nine sites: The Bear Inn; Sun Inn; The Bull; The Three Tuns; The Limes; Railway Hotel; Market Inn; The Anchor and Albion Taverna. The 2.5 mile route also passes a number of landmarks around the market town including the historic brewery. Why not take the opportunity to enjoy a festive stroll – stopping for a tipple at one or more of the pubs en route - before finishing off your last minute Christmas shopping at the brewery shop?

If you’re in the mood for a waterside ramble, try the new walk beside the River Medway, starting and finishing at either The Boathouse in Yalding or the Bush, Blackbird and Thrush in East Peckham.

And where better than to blow away the excess of the Christmas period than on the golf course? The third new walk takes you through Royal St George’s and Prince’s golf clubs in Sandwich, offering stunning views of Sandwich Bay and finishing with a warm welcome at The Bell Hotel or Market Inn in the town centre.

The Shepherd Neame Pub Walk guides are available to pick up for free at each pub and download from the Walks page: www.shepherdneame.co.uk/walks
