About This Role
We currently employ more than 1,000 staff across our retail estate, which comprises more than 60 busy outlets across London and the South East, serving over a million meals each year. Our ever growing portfolio ranges from characterful pubs in London’s West End and The City, to large seafront hotels in Kent, with a diverse range of sites in between. During the past year we have invested £4.5 million to improve the look and feel of our retail estate, and continue to identify and introduce initiatives to develop our offer and enhance the customer experience. This recently included appointing five head chefs to act as mentors in our retail estate, which has been a huge success.
We are looking for new Head Chefs to join us. You will be passionate about food, and possess the experience and skills to motivate and inspire your team to create a menu of delicious, well-presented dishes.

In the past couple of months alone, I have been on a food hygiene and kitchen safety refresher session, and also taken part in a chef development workshop, where we were trained in butchering, preparing and cooking cuts of meat.
