Offering outstanding traditional homemade food, good ales, fine wines and a warm welcome, the William Caxton remains the heart and sole of Tenterden, and the only true traditional Inn in the town.
Guests can enjoy the Inn’s traditional homemade food Al fresco in the Inn’s garden, subject to the great British weather! Breakfast is cooked by our team of chef’s using locally sourced produce where ever possible.
Following a recent refurbishment the Inn retains its historical feeling with its oak beams, wooden floors and open fireplaces and benefits from having a delightful Olde English beer garden.
All of our rooms are en-suite and provide guests with a home from home, benefiting from flat screen TVs and wifi. The en-suites have high pressure showers, heated towel rails, luxury towels and complimentary toiletries. The premier room boasts a king size bed and jacuzzi bath.
Sorry, we are unable to provide wheelchair access to the B&B rooms due to the age and nature of the building.
