Tudor Rose, Sittingbourne

Tudor Rose

The Tudor Rose bar, restaurant and carvery extends a warm welcome amid a family-friendly atmosphere in surroundings of great character.

The carvery offers a selection of four meats and a wide selection of fresh vegetables while the restaurant provides an a la carte menu with a wide range of options from ham, egg and chips, mixed grill and fillet steak to the regularly changing specials board consisting of crispy belly pork, pan fried seabass and braised lamb shank.

Originally two cottages, the building dates from the 1750s and great care has been taken to preserve its warm, comfortable feel.

The pub’s hardwood floors, oak furniture and cream décor are complemented by chandeliers, paintings and drawings of the local area and an antique brewery clock in the conservatory.

We just turned up and you managed to fit us in for an excellent carvery and very good service. Will be back again." Michael

"We had the venison and duck and thought the food was fabulous.  It was cooked very well and the presentation was super.  In addition, the service was excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely." Paula
