At The White Hart, we offer a a regularly changing bar menu, and inspiring restaurant menu in the evening, as well as options for younger guests.
Focusing on the quality and provenance of our ingredients, we source ingredients locally wherever possible. Nestling in the centre of England’s most productive fruit growing area we source seasonal fruit from local growers. Our meats come from local farmer and butcher Kevin The Pig, who also makes for us our burgers and sausages, and provides the excellent rolled rib of beef for which our Sunday roasts are quickly becoming famous. Our cheeses come are sourced from award-winning artisan producers, The Traditional Cheese Dairy in Stonegate, East Sussex.
We believe in cooking simply to maintain the flavour of the excellent produce we are lucky enough to have on the menu. Menus change regularly, but those listed here give some indication of what you can expect from a meal with us. See you soon!
