Three Tuns, Faversham

Three Tuns

  • Welcome to The Three Tuns

Built in 1605, in the medieval market town of Faversham, The Three Tuns was the very first Shepherd Neame pub and is steeped in history. With its cosy fireplace and weathered oak beams, the grade II listed building was reputed to be the base from which Admiral Lord Nelson recruited and paid his crew.

Now a friendly and welcoming family-run establishment, The Three Tuns is at the centre of the local community, supporting darts and pool teams and even a petanque team. The petanque court in the large, attractive garden can be used by all customers and is extremely popular on warm summer evenings.

A great pub for sport lovers, there are two screens showing Sky Sports in the bar and all the big matches and events. The licensee endeavours to meet special requests whenever possible.
