Position - Cook
Hours - 30 per week - days, evenings, weekends. This position is live out.
Wage - In excess of National Minimum Wage
Duties include preparation and cooking of company set menu, specials menu and buffets. Completion of paperwork in the field of Health and Safety. Stock rotation and cleaning of the kitchen to legal requirements.
As a successful candidate you should be a competent cook able to work within a small team and on your own. This is a small kitchen operation in a buzzing pub atmosphere.
