Neptunes Hall

Neptunes Hall

A traditional real ale drinkers' pub and just minutes from the seafront, where better to sample Shepherd Neame's prize-winning ales and lagers after a hot day on the beach? The pub dates from the early 19th century and retains many of the original features including a grade II listed, carved mahogany bar and ornate back bar.

The restaurant, which serves meals in the summer months, seats 25 and specialises in seafood using locally sourced produce. It can also be booked to hold parties, functions and meetings. The pub also has a pleasant garden .

Local attractions include Dickens House Museum, Crampton Museum and the North Foreland Golf Club.

Every August, Broadstairs hosts the famous Folk Festival and The Neptune's Hall plays an important part in the week- long festivities. There is also a Dickens Festival which brings a cavalcade of colourfully costumed characters into the pub for a pint.
