The Tudor Rose pub carvery extends a warm welcome amid a family-friendly atmosphere in surroundings of great character.
The carvery boasts a sumptuous menu of fresh, local produce, while the bar provides a good selection of wines, traditional Kentish cask ales and popular lunchtimes meals.
Originally two cottages, the building dates from the 1750s and great care has been taken to preserve its warm, comfortable feel.
The pub’s hardwood floors, oak furniture and cream décor are complemented by chandeliers, paintings and drawings of the local area and an antique brewery clock in the conservatory.
Monday and Tuesday: Two courses for under a tenner
Friday and Saturday: Three-course carvery for the price of two courses
